
Paul Wojciak came to the Firm in the summer of 2022 with over 20 years of civil litigation experience. He represents people who have been injured as a result of automobile accidents, slip and falls, product liability, sexual assault/abuse, and a wide variety of other kinds of cases where people have suffered injuries.
Paul is licensed to practice in the state courts of Minnesota and Wisconsin, the federal courts in Minnesota, and the federal court of the Western District of Wisconsin.
Paul was recognized as a “Rising Star” for many years by Minnesota Law and Politics. This honor is given to only about 2.5 percent of Minnesota attorneys under 40 or in practice for 10 years or less.
He is a member of the Council for the Civil Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is also a member of the Minnesota Association for Justice and the Minnesota State Bar Association. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Eleventh District Bar Association and a past member of the 6th Judicial District Ethics Committee.
Paul co-authored Chapter 7, The Response to the Complaint, of the Minnesota State District Court Civil Practice Deskbook issued by the Continuing Legal Education Department of the Minnesota State Bar Association and presented at continuing legal education seminars about this subject.
His volunteer work consists of representing clients through the Volunteer Attorney Program, working in the kitchen and clothing store of the Damiano Center, and packing food for children and the elderly at Second Harvest Northern Lakes Food Bank. Paul is also a past board member of the Duluth Playhouse.
When Paul is not working, he enjoys curling, playing volleyball, spending time with family and friends, and taking his yellow lab Bagley for hikes throughout the Duluth area.
